המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע האפליקציה SmartPilot Waitlist ("האפליקציה") אוספת, למה, ומה הזכויות שלכם. את האפליקציה מפעילה SMART BUILD LTD (SmartPilot) ("אנחנו"). המדיניות חלה על האפליקציה בלבד. לאתר SmartPilot יש מדיניות פרטיות נפרדת.
האפליקציה מיועדת לבעלי עסקים שמשתמשים ב-Wix Bookings. לקוחות של העסק נרשמים לרשימת המתנה בעמוד השירות באתר של העסק. כשתור מתבטל או נדחה, הממתינים המתאימים מקבלים הצעה עם קישור להזמנה, ומי שמזמין ראשון מקבל את התור. התור לא נשמר לאף אחד.
מי אחראי על המידע
בעל העסק שהתקין את האפליקציה הוא בעל השליטה במידע (controller) על הלקוחות שלו. אנחנו מעבדים את המידע הזה בשבילו (processor), למטרות שבמדיניות הזו בלבד.
מידע על לקוחות שנרשמים לרשימת המתנה
- שם
- טלפון
- מייל (לא חובה)
- השירות שאליו נרשמו
- ימים ושעות מועדפים
- הערה
כשלקוח מסכים לקבל הודעות, נשמרים גם נוסח ההסכמה שהוצג לו, זמן ההסכמה, כתובת ה-IP וה-user agent (פרטי הדפדפן והמכשיר).
מידע על בעל העסק
- פרטי העסק מ-Wix: שם העסק, אזור הזמן והשפה
- מייל וטלפון לקבלת התראות
- הגדרות האפליקציה
למה משתמשים במידע
- שליחת הצעות ללקוחות ממתינים כשמתפנה תור
- שליחת התראות לבעל העסק
- סטטיסטיקה לבעל העסק על רשימת ההמתנה
אנחנו לא משתמשים במידע לשיווק או לפרסום, ולא מוכרים אותו.
מעבדי משנה
- Wix: מערכת ההזמנות, ושליחת המיילים. המיילים נשלחים מהאתר של בעל העסק.
- Fly.io: השרת של האפליקציה, בפרנקפורט שבגרמניה.
- בעתיד, Meta: לשליחת הודעות וואטסאפ.
כמה זמן שומרים
- רשומות שפג תוקפן או שהוסרו נמחקות אחרי 90 יום.
- אחרי הסרת האפליקציה, כל המידע של העסק נמחק אחרי 30 יום.
- אפשר לבקש מחיקה מיידית במייל: smartpilotwebsite@gmail.com.
הסרה מקבלת הודעות
כל הודעה כוללת קישור הסרה, ומילות הסרה ("הסר", "STOP") מכובדות מיד. ההסרה חלה על כל עסק בנפרד.
הזכויות שלכם
אתם זכאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, ולבקש לתקן או למחוק אותו. אפשר לפנות לבעל העסק, או אלינו במייל: smartpilotwebsite@gmail.com.
אבטחה
התקשורת עם האפליקציה מוצפנת (HTTPS), והגישה למידע מוגבלת.
שינויים במדיניות
אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תתפרסם בעמוד הזה עם תאריך העדכון.

This policy explains what information the SmartPilot Waitlist app (the "App") collects, why, and what your rights are. The App is operated by SMART BUILD LTD (SmartPilot) ("we", "us"). This policy covers the App only. The SmartPilot website has a separate privacy policy (Hebrew).
The App is for business owners who use Wix Bookings. The business's customers join a waitlist on the service page of the business's website. When a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, matching waitlisted customers receive an offer with a booking link, and the first person to book gets the slot. The slot is not held for anyone.
Who is responsible for the data
The business owner who installed the App is the controller of their customers' data. We process that data on the business owner's behalf (as a processor), only for the purposes in this policy.
Data about customers who join a waitlist
- Name
- Phone number
- Email (optional)
- The service they joined the waitlist for
- Preferred days and times
- A note
When a customer agrees to receive messages, we also store the consent text shown to them, the time of consent, their IP address and user agent (browser and device details).
Data about the business owner
- Business details from Wix: business name, time zone and language
- Email and phone number for notifications
- App settings
How we use the data
- Sending offers to waitlisted customers when a slot opens
- Sending notifications to the business owner
- Waitlist statistics for the business owner
We do not use the data for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell it.
Sub-processors
- Wix: bookings, and sending emails. Emails are sent from the business owner's site.
- Fly.io: the App's server, in Frankfurt, Germany.
- In the future, Meta: for WhatsApp messages.
Retention
- Expired or removed records are deleted after 90 days.
- After the App is uninstalled, all of the business's data is deleted after 30 days.
- You can request immediate deletion by email: smartpilotwebsite@gmail.com.
Opting out of messages
Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and opt-out words ("הסר", "STOP") are honored immediately. Opting out applies to each business separately.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact the business owner, or email us at smartpilotwebsite@gmail.com.
Security
Communication with the App is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to the data is restricted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with its update date.
